The SkyBlue Vapor™ Lifetime Warranty is offered to original purchasers who have acquired their product from skybluevapor.com or an authorized SkyBlue Vapor™ retailer. We warrant that our product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the full life of the product. The SkyBlue Vapor™ Lifetime Warranty applies to all products branded under the lifetime warranty logo. Defects or damage caused by any of the following will void this warranty:
1. Modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than SkyBlue Vapor™;
2. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the SkyBlue Vapor™ user manual; or
3. Any use of the product other than that for which it was originally intended (i.e. the use of unapproved accessories, such as non-SkyBlue Vapor™ chargers or power adapters)
4. The product or part has been modified in any way.
5. The product or part has been used in conjunction with a modified part.
6. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
7. Failure to read and follow instructions included in your user manual.

Instructions for Claiming Your SkyBlue Vapor™ Lifetime Warranty:
STEP 1) Sign into your SkyBlue Vapor™ account.
STEP 2) Locate the order ID for which you want to request a warranty.
STEP 3) Click “Request Warranty” , follow all directions from there.

How Your Lifetime Warranty Works:
During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired / replaced within a reasonable period of time. Replacements will be only shipped after we receive your defective product. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your warranty request. This time frame may vary depending on shipping, replacement part availability, and other factors. Warranty card and/or original receipt of purchase must be presented when requested or your warranty may be voided. Important Note: All atomizers are disposable attachments. Once an atomizer is used, no warranty coverage or replacement will be offered. Chargers and charge cords will be covered for 1 year after purchase. In order to obtain warranty services, visit our website at skybluevapor.com/warranty. Our customer service team will assist you in warranty services. For troubleshooting purposes we may require photographs or video to identify the issue. Please note that unauthorized returns will be refused. All decisions related to and including but not limited to determination whether product is qualified for warranty or not will be made by SkyBlue Vapor™.
Upon request, SkyBlue Vapor™ may ask the customer to return a product when fulfilling our lifetime warranty. SkyBlue Vapor™ will NOT accept any used atomizers or mouthpieces. Do NOT send back any used parts or any parts that are not requested by SkyBlue Vapor™. If a used part is sent back to us it will be appropriately disposed of immediately and a refund will not be issued. A representative from SkyBlue Vapor™ will inform you of the exact items you will need to send back. If you (the customer) send back extra pieces that are NOT REQUESTED, then you (the customer) will be responsible for extra shipping charges related. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended that customers use delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us. SkyBlue Vapor™ will not be responsible for any damaged, stolen or lost packages in transit.
SkyBlue Vapor™ will cover the cost of shipping to the same address used for delivery upon purchase during the first six months under warranty. After the initial six months from date of purchase, the customer may be liable to pay shipping charges for returning the product. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to an address change. For all returns, the customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe package to return the product.

International orders placed, or any warranty claim made outside of the United States of America may be subject to extra shipping charges for warranty fulfillment. The cost of this is unknown at this time and may vary case to case. By purchasing our products outside of North America you agree that your Lifetime Warranty may incur additional shipping charges when requesting a warranty claim.
By default and unless stated otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all shipping
charges that may arise. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by interference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose. Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
The SkyBlue Vapor™ Lifetime Warranty provides unlimited replacements on any given order. The item must be defective (i.e. this is not an exchange system), and will be replaced with an equal item from current inventory. The defective item must be returned to SkyBlue Vapor™. The lawful and proper use of this device is a condition of sale. Any improper use of SkyBlue Vapor™ products will void the warranty.
