Our Shipping Policy
SkyBlue Vapor™ accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are always open for business. All orders placed Monday – Friday and before 11:00 AM EST on Saturday will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the same or next business day. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Expedited shipping orders, such as Express Shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania via the United States Postal Service. SkyBlue Vapor™ ships to all 50 states in the USA and follows the standard methods set by the USPS. All terms are subject to change without notice. We will ship on schedule unless we are unable to do so due to various factors that may cause a delay which are but not limited to the following: (weather delays, packages being misplaced, incorrect addresses given, natural disasters and anything else beyond the reach of SkyBlue Vapor).

For all orders over $250 a signature will be required unless requested otherwise and if requested to leave without a signature, liability of the package will then be with the customer.
Signature Required Shipping
Choose this method of shipping if you would like to be present when the package is delivered. This option is useful in areas where mail theft is more prevalent. Signature Required Shipping is sent via Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days for delivery. The package will only be released with the signature of the person on file who the order is being delivered to.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SkyBlue Vapor™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
If your order has not been delivered after 2 weeks from purchase (domestic shipments)or 4 weeks after placing your order (international shipments) please contact us with your order number at customercare@skybluevapor.com so we may assist. Once you have reported your missing package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.If an order is lost due to the fault of the USPS or SkyBlue Vapor™, we will resend your package after attempts have been made to recover the original. In the event an order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, we sill do our best to help you track it down, however, we are not responsible to resend any order.
Items Broken Upon Delivery
SkyBlue Vapor™ will replace an item that arrives broken upon delivery with proper notification to us of said damage. All broken items must be reported to us in writing or by telephone within 7 days of your order being marked delivered via your tracking link and our shipping platform. Failure to notify of damage in a timely manner can result in denial of replacement.
Tracking
All orders are shipped via USPS.When your order ships from our location, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number to the email used when purchasing from our website. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.
Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused through no fault of SkyBlue Vapor™, you are responsible for the following:

Unless explicitly specified, free shipping coupons only apply to USA orders at the moment.
Our Return Policy
We will honor full refunds (minus shipping and handling) for strictly unused/unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Used products of any kind are not eligible for a return or refund. For refunds on orders placed but not shipped we will refund you once your deposit has reached our account. There is a $5 restocking fee on all returns / refunds. $1 USD minimum will be kept by SkyBlue Vapor to cover processing fees on ALL cancelled, returned, and/or refunded order.
Money refunded will be sent back to the account used to make a purchase from our website unless notice is given to us prior to the return. Once the money is refunded it is a closed deal. There will be no secondary refunds given for incorrect payment information.
When shipping back products for a return or warranty claim, we will send you a shipping label that is valid for 30 days. If you do not ship out in the 30 day window you may be liable for any shipping charges involved. A customer care representative will instruct you on what to ship back if making a warranty claim. You may see our Lifetime Warranty policy here.
Please note, used pen kits and atomizers will not be eligible for a return or refund.If a used product is sent back to our facilities (other than a pen battery) it will be appropriately discarded right away and again, they are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Although refunds are normally processed within 1-2 days of receiving a returned product / refund request, the process may take upwards to 14 days for return to be fully completed. Return deposits will be available in your account 2-7 days after our process is complete.

Shipping & Return
Yes. Our shipping methods are very discreet! Your order will arrive discreetly in a generic package without notation of who the package is coming from other than “The SkyBlue Team”. There is no logo or description of the contents in your package. The package is wrapped inside with bubble wrap which also covers the shape and identity of the package.
For international customers, your orders will arrive discreetly in a similar generic package. The contents listed on the customs declaration will be listed only as an “Aromatherapy Diffuser” or “Accessories”.
We ship our orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All orders are hand assembled and processed within 24 hours of receiving and are shipped the next business day via USPS. Some orders may even be shipped the same day! Our team is fast. Standard discount shipping or free shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days. Priority Express Mail delivery time 1-2 days guaranteed. International orders are estimated to take at least 7-14 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email upon purchase. If you did not receive your tracking number please email us at customercare@skybluevapor.com and we will happily find your order and send the tracking link right away!
We only guarantee our Express Shipping services to arrive in 1-2 days (domestic) and in 3-5 days (international). If the package does not arrive in those time frames we will contact USPS for a full refund (minus regular shipping charges).

To place an order internationally, please email customercare@skybluecannabis.com with your name & address along with products you would like to order. If we can ship to your country, we will create a custom order for you and ship out within 24 hours of payment!
USPS promises delivery within six to ten days of departure when shipped via Priority Mail International. When shipping with the USPS First Class Mail International mail service, 7-21 days is the expected time for delivery. We generally send pen kits via Priority Mail but at times it may be necessary to ship First Class. If you have a question on the delivery time of your order, please contact us before you purchase!
Placing an international order online does incur some customs and duties based on the country where you are located. We are unable to estimate the amount that customs in any given country will charge upon receipt. Please check with your local mailing office for support if you have any questions on customs and duties fees.
We do our absolute best to offer the lowest price on shipping for our domestic and international customers alike. Unfortunately, when shipping internationally the price doubles if not triples and even at times quadruples in price. Because of this we are able to offer free international shipping only at a higher rate for Canada & Mexico only. International orders to Canada and Mexico over $99 qualify for free shipping.

We are proud to use Eco-Friendly practices in all parts of our operations; Shipping is no exception!
We choose electricity that is supplied by PA Wind & Solar electrical generation. Our inclusion of biodegradable bubble wrap makes sure plastic isn’t polluting the environment we live in. The mailers for all vape pen kits shipped are made from 100% recycled material and may be recycled again! Even down to the shipping label we chose sugar cane labels which are made from 100% sugar cane bagasse and are even more environmentally friendly than recycled paper.
Minimalist packing standards make sure we’re only using what we need resulting in less waste being created. Here at SkyBlue Vapor, sustainability is a huge focus for us.
